CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances, due to the nature of our limited quantity available in our drops/collections. Contact us for further information / accommodations.

MY ORDER STILL SAYS PROCESSING, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

If your order is still being processed it means we have simply not packaged it or it hasn't been shipped out yet. No further action is needed. You will be notified when your order is ready.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once processed and shipped, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Do not be alarmed if your order is still pending. 

Due to the large amount of orders from drops and current COVID-19 restrictions, orders may take 7-20 business days to ship.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED?

Please stay patient. You will be notified when your order is ready if you selected pick up. If you selected shipping, please remain patient as we are working as fast as possible to get your package out!
